Update Dockerfile to correct deluge-client. #5

Python module docker-client has a hyphen instead of an underscore. At least for me, the deluge client does not work unless I rebuild the image with this one change.

merged and building now. Please test whether the problem sorted cause I am not a deluge user. Thanks!
