Add example project for Scala.js support #49

Followup to #19; need to beef up example project to showcase a simple web application, where the front-end is based on Scala.js and the back-end on Scalatra or Akka HTTP (née Spray), sharing domain objects and Accord validators.

This is basically blocked on scala-js/scala-js#1888, and consequently pushed back to the 0.6 milestone.

Unblocked, but pushed back to 0.7 (also, could probably use some help on this one).
