User story

As a WiX developer, the latest WiX version is up to date with the latest available versions of its dependencies.

Proposal

Update the following NuGet packages in WiX v6 found in Central Package Management:

Microsoft.NET.Tools.NETCoreCheck.*
Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Setup.Configuration.Native
Microsoft.Win32.Registry
NuGet.*
System.*
xunit.*

Considerations

Some packages must use older versions for compatibility reasons. See the following list:
- Microsoft.Build.Tasks.Core
