What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect an usb joystick
2. Load Magic Pockets or Gods
3. Press the fire button on your usb joystick

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally, the usb button should works like the second button on the mouse.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This only happens with USB joysticks? Normal Atari joysticks work fine?

I'm sorry, but I do not own a db9 joystick for now ... So I can't test it.
It seems that you had already fix it for db9 joystick if my readings from atari
forum are true.

I just experienced the same in SkyStrike. The fire button doesn't work but the
right mouse button does. Is this what you also see?

Fire button mapping fixed in SkyStrike and Goldrunner in firmware r949. Should
fix similar problems in other games as well.
