feat: ui for user defined reports and filters

The goal of this PR is to introduce a TUI for viewing user defined commands

here is the rough draft of how it looks right now

TODO:

• [x] - display user defined commands through configuration
• [x] - display output of the command
• [ ] - write tests
• [ ] - write documentation
• [ ] - implement application of filters
• [ ] - implement application of filters that requires user input
• [ ] - implement a way to go back to regular nvim after opening TUI

The design improved a lot and I'm trying to implement the filters interface, which is a little more involved than I first though
