Description: Wolf has significant architecture, api and functionality that. The documentation requires an update/re-write from the existing v2 docs.

Acceptance Criteria:

Updates to
- main readme.md
- wiki
- roadmap
- stages/architecture
- Add adapter sections with links to separate repos (koa, express, BF)
- contributing/conduct
