Inconsistent Location reporting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Subscribe to "locations" notification
2. Travel through areas with inconsistent network connectivity

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect location alerts separated by more than ten minutes, possibly whenever 
Glass is able to connect.
Location updates are not reported at all.
The area I traveled through had some location information - as evidenced by 
Google Location Services being able to track me roughly every 10 minutes and by 
me being able to receive timeline events reported to Glass. But there were 
almost no location events reported by Glass at all

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This took place over a four hour drive on an Interstate. There were points 
where Internet connectivity was spotty, granted, but I was getting lots of 
updates _to_ Glass during this time, and I was able to have timeline events 
sent to my Glassware. Problems went away when I was on WiFi, but that kinda 
defeats the point of location services.
