Email recipient for new order on Woo commerce #45224

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

Dears, When a customer makes a new order on our site, the email of the new order goes to my designated address and the admin email of the WP account. even though I have removed it from the recipients in the "Manage" of the email, it still goes and is shown on the list of the emails list 'recipients'. how can I solve this issue?

Expected behavior

should only be sent to the email in the recipients.

Actual behavior

send to an additional recipient. who is the admin of the WP admin panel.
