As can be seen in the comment at the top of the file, these files are generated. If you change them, they’ll just be changed again.
To fix this, you’ll have to change build.js: https://github.com/wooorm/franc/blob/main/script/build.js.
The file is also only in one package, but we ship several packages.
Closing as I can’t currently accept it, but if you find the time, I’d appreciate a fix in build.js!
