sets up searchkick for occupation standards. ES seems to crash locally when i run rspec. TBD. Ned to sync with @littleforest.. Looks like i can see the specs running on codeship so i can use that if needed.

[ ] run OccupationStandard.reindex from the rails console

@littleforest ah. missed that the first time. Sorting's alpha now unless on a query. Must've passed by random luck when I ran previously. Will make this more rigorous.
