C++ script is implemented in core but the horse 35231 does not move and jump as this event is expected to run.

[ ] Check C++ script in GilneasCity1.cpp - Sacrifices part
[x] Check the DB if it contains all relevant actions for the event

As a workaround SAI has been implemented and cleaned, corrected. Quest works but not as intended: by c++ Need to revise the core script and make this quest happen there

Keep it open until c++ gets fixed.

@Fatliner : is there a progress on to take this onto C++ platform? Or keep the SAI version and close the ticket?
