[Report] (Missing) Hero's call Board (New ones 7.3.5)

Reporting about missing Hero's Call Boards and Warchief's Command Board around azzeroth.

Blizzard added new Hero's call boards and Warchief's command boards in 7.3.5 on leveling zones inns and those are missing. Not added to anywhere. Someone add them with sniff or something? :)

Those has they own interfaces too to begin quest if that's possible to script / fix it?

• [ ] Need sniffs from start areas (e.g. Goldshire) to understand the task better
• [ ] Implement warboards if available or invent a solution to have and spawn them
