Engineering profession trainers broken #45

On a recent update (not sure which), the engineering trainers have lost their ability to teach recipes under level 300 skill.

Tested NPCs are Horde and Alliance starting and main city trainers, as well as Thrallmar and Dalaran trainers.

Have redownloaded and updated server, with the same result on a new created character.

This is probably a dirty fix, but for my install I applied this from AshamaneCore to rebuild the engineer trainer entries.

After recent update, trainers for engineering appear to be working again. This has also now been reported on ashamane helpdesk.
