I can not generate PSIsigma.db #5

Hello, I can not generate PSIsigma.db by using the command : perl PSI-Sigma-master/dummyai-db-alone.pl Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.95.chr.sorted.gtf PSIsigma This script calls PSI-Sigma-master/PSIsigma-db-v.1.0.pl. However, I got nothing. CMD: perl PSI-Sigma-master/PSIsigma-db-v.1.0.pl Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.95.chr.sorted.gtf chr1 10

I need help.

Sorry that I missed your comment. Could please you please paste the log or send me a link for the gtf file you are using?

Hi Woody, I had soved this problem.I write wrong suffix to group*.txt file. Thanks, Peiyao
