Dear all

appear error when try to start.

please see attached snapshot.

os windows 7 spannish version.

Thanks for the report.

For now you can work around by deleting the line containing "time.tzset()"

I've looked at the code in devappserver2-v0.8.zip and the repository to find 
'the fix' but was not able to see were a Windows version of time.tzset() is 
implemented.  Did the 'fixed in v0.5.2' implement something for Windows?  If it 
did, were is the implementation (and a usage example for Windows).  thanks
