A couple of side quests do not appear in the quest log but it would be useful if they did:
1) Collect rare flowers (given to you buy the green guy in the tree stump hut village in the North)
2) Collect books (given to you in the ancient library)
3) Collect alchemy stone (NOT for the great fairy, it's a different quest. This one given to you by the barkeeper in Karariko City)
