Changing times to use timestamps

This was the initial plan, but never happened.

Android / Wear OS

• Make method to convert timestamp into time left (in milliseconds)
  • Method is called when limit for countdown created
• Time class stores time as a timestamp (String), rather than an int.

Firebase

• Firebase Database now stores string with timestamp for time entry.
• Controls (Web and Flutter app) now send it a time stamp of when the time should end.
  • This might need a second or 2 added to allow for the delay

Edit: didn't have a cable for my phone out or the inclination to open the emulator.
