Issue with Shortcuts tab in French i18n #74

When switching languages (to French) in Zotero preferences, the shortcuts tab appears to contain nothing.

English: English

French: French

I'm running ArchLinux, with Zotero 5.0.34 and Zutilo 3.0.2.

Oops, I accidentally deleted a line from the French locale in the last change and that crashes the loading of the French strings. I will fix this tonight.

This should be fixed in 3.0.3 now.
