[Android Agent] Enterprise wipe of Android must delete enterprise applications #1415

Enterprise wipe feature of the Android must also delete any apps that were installed by the IoT server. This is the behaviour of Android for work and in enterprise wipe of iOS. However the same is not done in BYOD. It is true since silent app uninstall is not available in Android BYOD scenario, still the user must be popped up and notified to remove the apps he has installed through the enterprise store.
