Authentication failed. Please check your username/password first start up with WSO2 iot 3.1.0-Update9 #1550

I have deployed plugins, run change IP script, enable few stufs. But when I start the server for the first time I have error bellow. Centos 6.7

I didn't change the password but authentication failed when I try to log on devicemgt, Carbon management, DAS management etc. image image

Please close this case too. It was due to unzip downloaded release on another machine. My access issue is solved now. But I still ask myself about the relation between unzip release on onother machine and wso2IoT password. Can someone explain this to me? Regards

This could happen if you are using different file systems like EXT4, NTFS or FAT32 across two machines or the media you have used to move the extracted files. Usually file name length and the length of full qualified file name might handle different ways in above file systems. Due to that reason, some files in the extracted IoTS might be omitted or file name might be truncated when coping.
