Add ANA SSO OIDC test cases #21701

Currently SSO and OIDC logout cases for App Native Authentication was not available, with this PR we are introducing those fix.

  1. App_1 get Id token via ANA.
  2. App_2 use isk claim as session id to perform App Native SSO.
  3. App_1 performs App Native OIDC Logout.
  4. App_2 tries App Native SSO and fails.
