Improve Checksum builder for sharing on the SCons wiki #25

Our implementation of the Checksum builder may be interesting for
other projects and developers aswell, especially packagers. Before
adding the builder to the SCons wiki, we should improve it to be
more generic. It could for example be modified to accept a list of files
to be checksummed, and perhaps we could use generate() function to register
the builder to SCons.
