Improve README.md #3

The readme needs a description of what this is, how bower integrates with the whole project, how to install, how you can preview it, and many more things.

This description needs to be on the starter-kit not the footer-credits module. The modules themselves need much smaller descriptions as they can be used individually or as a part the "whole".

That being said you are correct, the readme needs improved, I was just laying down the initial framework to make sure things work the way I expect.

I plan on creating a demo theme for the pattern library, but we are not there yet. Would like to have it ready by late Nov.
