FTN Tosser chokes on large 1024kb .pkt files #1060

Had to back down the packet size on my hub as the tosser does not handle very large packets very well.

what do you mean by not handle well. What happened?

It starts having ERRORS adding to the message-base at an undetermined point. When I reduced my packet size this went away.

thanks, i added some more logging here to explain why it's getting an error
