lnet messes with terminal output on exit #1539

after running lnet, i need to run either "stty sane" or "reset" to get my terminal settings back to normal.

I bet we need to delete CursesIO::out or something on the exit path to call the destructor and cleanup things.

same problem with "wwivutil print wwivnet/laston.txt"
