Attach to email doesn't work for netmail #203

Attaching a file to email works when sending to users on the same BBS. It doesn't work for netmail, yet. So this is a feature request. :)

Sorry, not really possible without substantial changes to wwivnet software, plus would need changes on the 4.3 bbses.
