Update README.md and man

Hello!

First of all, thanks for a great tool!

A little pr to actualise documentation.

And can you publish new release for new prebuild binary become available with '-d' support?

I see a fix already merged in bird tools repo https://github.com/wwood/bird_tool_utils-rust/pull/1 👍

And now app, build from source works with -d option(because of the source deps), but previously published binary for 0.4.0 does not support '-d' atm.

Thanks for the tips - this has now been solved in the new 0.4.1 release - let me know if it doesn't work out for you. ben

'-d' now works in cargo install too - tnx for fast fix!

PS Can u fix documentation then? There is a micro typo in man and obsolete link to bioconda url - I made changes to fix it in this MR. Just to not discourage people who use it =)

Ah missed that README thing. The html is auto-generated each release and I thought it was fixed, but bird_tool_utils hadn't released that fix upstream.
