How to compile on windows with TDM-GCC #214

Hi.

I compile all my wxWidgets projects with TDM-GCC on windows with a makefile file, but I can´t compile your library with this, I see a bakefile wxchats.bkl, but I don't understand hot to compile with this.

Can you tell me how can I compile with TDM-GCC.
