I am trying to install SQuIRE in my M1 Max MacBook Pro and run into the following issue. When running "mamba create -n squire -c bioconda squire", I do get the following error "Encountered problems while solving:
nothing provides ucsc-gtftogenepred needed by squire-0.9.9.92-pyhdfd78af_0".
Any idea how to pass through this error?
