SVN Bug recording SVN version #50

Migrated from internal Tasklist ref 2501:

1: Add a new item in Tortoise but don't commit it 2: Import it into Access using Access tool 3: Re-Import it into Access using the tool, the SVN version is "" instead of "0" which causes an error - this is in function getObjectSVNStatus and could be fixed by changing CDbl to Cnum but not sure if that's the right solution.
