When adding a portfolio picture (not profile picture) to an artist portfolio there is no loader. It appears the same way when deleting a portfolio picture.
Reproduction Steps:
Go to your artist portfolio
Use the "+" button to add a portfolio picture on the portfolio picture tab
Select an image and upload it
Notice how the upload button doesn't change to a spinning loader
