Upload portfolio picture button still enabled #107

Description:

The upload portfolio picture button is still active when trying to upload another picture after already uploading on.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Go to your artist portfolio
  2. Open add portfolio picture modal
  3. Select a picture to enable the button and upload it
  4. Open the add picture modal again and notice the button is still enabled

    Proposed Solution:

    Disabled the button on open modal.
