No consultations/addons shows nothing #109

Description:

When an artist has a service set up with no Consultations or addons it doesn't show anything.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Set up artist portfolio with a makeover type and service type
  2. Observer how nothing is displayed below "Consultations" and "Addons"

    Proposed Solution:

    Add a message that says "None", maybe italics if it looks good. Consider adding indicator to artist that no consultations means it would show up.
