No Qualifications shows nothing #111

Description:

When an artist has no added an qualifications it doesn't show anything.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Go to artist portfolio
  2. Make sure there are no qualifications add in the about tab
  3. Observe how there is no "None" message or anything

    Proposed Solution:

    Add a "None" message.
