Description:

The Go Online button has no loader on the artist dashboard while its looking for the location.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Log in with user that has an artist portfolio
  2. Go to the artist dashboard

    Proposed Solution:

    Follow what was done with the state on the search pages.
