No more notifications message not centered #132

Description:

The not more notifications message is not centered when trying to load more notifications.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Go to notifications page
  2. Load more notifications until there are no more

    Proposed Solution:

    Use the class "none-message" to follow suit with all other messages.
