No add-ons shows empty select box #143

Description:

When trying to set up an appointment with an artist whose service has no add-ons it just shows an empty select box.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Request a service with no add-ons

    Proposed Solution:

    Show a message like "no add-ons available" with class none-message.
