App loosing configuration after reboot #3

Hello, please i need help with the app, i have been able to login to it, set all requirements and block apps that really respond fine but the issue is that the configuration are lost after rebooting, all blocked apps are allowed, and even on the parent app the enable blocked button are automatically turned off after the reboot of the child phone, please help, thanks.
