fix bug where hashtag symbol in code 128 encoding tables would not be found since flipper format ignores lines that begin with the hashtag symbol
fix bug where check digit gets the wrong encoding index for code 128 causing the checksum symbol to be incorrect
add about page
add error information page to give more details on what the error codes mean
