[Bug] Xamarin.Forms Shapes Path Geometry with unexpected result #13893

Description

I think there is some issue with the Xamarin.Shapes Path Geometry. If I try to create a circle using only a Path Geometry (with a 360 degree arc), the center is offset. But if I use two arcs to create a circle, it does create the circle in the correct place.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the reproduction project to check the circle using 2 path objects.
  2. Run the application with only 1 ChartEntry (InitChart on MainPage.xaml.cs)

Expected Behavior

It should create a circle on the center of the parent view

Actual Behavior

Circle is clipped

Hey Bruno, I've looked into your code the path you generate is something like this:

M250,100 A 100,100 0 1 1 250 100 L 150 100

The issue with this path is that the starting point and the endpoint are the same and you can't draw a full circle with Arc like that, this behavior also exists on WPF & SVG and it should not be any different here.
