Customizable mouse pointer options. #94

This commit has a patch to hide the mouse cursor in VJ mode.

The X11 driver patch is no longer relevant, since we're fully committed to Qt at this point. I will leave this open as a reminder to do something similar with Qt.

We renamed VJ mode to Hide Messages. We may make configurable mouse pointers as a feature down the road so I am changing the title to reflect this.
