Looking for ocaml 4.04.2, can we update?

I don't understand what Travis doing here with the Python code. Of course we can move to OCaml 4.06.

The Travis setup needs work. I don't understand what it tries to do and would simply use a build in a Docker container.

I think for python it just runs some syntax/style checkers (flake8), the failure is now from opam-depext not working with sandboxing.

Currently Travis fails with a problem on the Docker side. Let's try again later.
