Remove PowerCollection dependency #154

Due do mainly licensing issues, PowerCollections should be removed from project 
dependencies: PowerCollections is released with Eclipse Public License, that 
can be problematic with NTS LGPL license.
Anyway, standard BCL should now offer a viable alternative, so removing PC 
dependency looks a valid move.

SL4 and WP7 still lack necessary BCL classes (HashSet, SortedSet, 
SortedDictionary)

And there is this sorting issue with List<T> that causes the LineSequencer to 
fail.
