Could not load file or assembly 'Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit, Version=4.2.0.0' or one of its dependencies. After installing Costura Fody #1694

I get this error after I installed Costura.Fody so I can package my project in on exe.

Error XDG0062 Could not load file or assembly 'Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3e4669d2f30244f4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. DS2 META C:\Users\username\source\repos\DS2 META\DS2 META\TabControls\StatsControl.xaml 67

Does anyone know about this? I don't exactly understand how it's happening, as when I launch the program, I get the right output, and I can even add new extended toolkit items, but the preview is broken and makes it hard to plan things out.

Any help would be appreciated.

A bit of an update:

This seems to be a Visual Studio 2022 specific issue, as, it works fine in VS 2019.

Aslo Me : Why could I not load a file or assembly or one of its dependencies? The system cannot find the file specified for Costura Fody and Xceed toolkit. in Visual Studio 2022
