AppVeyor Ubuntu builds failing #74

As of the 2024-03-06, AppVeyor CI builds are failing on Ubuntu (only) with

source ~/.bash_profile
/opt/appveyor/build-agent/bash-shell.sh: line 51: /home/appveyor/.bash_profile: No such file or directory
Command exited with code 1
Build failed

It appears that the latest version of the AppVeyor Ubuntu2004 image no longer includes the file home/appveyor/.bash_profile.
