Added an action - wp_pro_quiz_save_quiz - when a quiz is added or edited. Includes hook docs as per WP Documentation standards. Fixes #12

Good idea richardtape project definitely needs more hooks. Would appreciate it if you made the same change for our fork QuizMaster https://github.com/goldhat/QuizMaster it would be same file location.
