does it really make sense to group these in once class? Can a zygote part be a portion of tissue.

Suggestion: obsolete class. Request "zygote cortex" from GO and add consider link. Add new class for "organ cortex". See http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON\_0001851

Obsoleted cortex, added new classes zygote cortex and organ cortex, and added consider links. New XAO version on OBO Foundry 23 Oct 2012.
