as discussed in #12 this PR

brings you my "Fastlane starter package", ready to be simply merged and adjusted any time you see fit – my Fastlane Cheat Sheet is there to guide you should you need guidance
replaces the badge pointing to my repo, to avoid confusion :wink:
keeping the F-Droid badge, properly linking to F-Droid.org but commented out, so it's ready when your app reaches F-Droid (you then just need to remove the HTML comment signs around it)

I've kept it as separate commits in case you want to cherry-pick.

Thanks for the fast merge! Enabled it on my end now, so your changes would be reflected automatically. Just let me know should you:

add per-release changelogs
add an icon and/or a featureGraphic
add title.txt and/or video.txt

so I enable those on my end, too. No need to ping me if you updated descriptions, added/replaced screenshots, added a new locale – those will all be reflected automatically.
