Store episode individual progress in database

This PR aims to add memory to Castero to allow playback to continue where you left.

Features:

Progress for each individual episode.
Episodes with progress are tagged with a * in the perspective lists.
Possibility to clear progress on episode or feed with shortcut.
Metadata window shows any progress on selected episode.
Episode can be configure to be rewound when it is resumed

Benefits:

Episodes can be marked as played only when you finished the episode.
Playback in an episode resumes when Castero restarts
Switching between episode allows playback to be resumed from where you left off
