Playlist with more than 50 entries does not work. #26

If the playlist has more than 50 entries, there is no way to see them all.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type in an ID for a playlist with more than 50 entries in it and generate
the URL.
2. Copy the URL to the clipboard
3. Subscribe to that URL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see all of the entries in the entire playlist. Only 'size' entries
are seen.

What version of the product are you using?
Version 2.0, April 14 2010.

On what operating system?
Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
Simply editing the URL to change the size to whatever the actual number of
entries is in the playlist before copying it to the clipboard results in a URL
that does not properly import into iTunes. No visible error is produced in
iTunes, there are simply no videos available in the podcast.

i've been having problems with itunes on windows. The podcast update dies
really quickly, and it doesn't give enough time to retrieve the entire podcast.
(Network timeout). Strange thing though, since the same jar works perfecty on
my mac.

BTW, Thanks for the build instructions, jk. i found another way though, for the
simpletons like me :P #>gradle --gui, then hit BUILD JAR.
PS. i've attatched my latest version of rssServlet.java in the 'Uploads by...'
thread, for refernce.
